It makes for terrible blogging and is starting to contribute to me being in a bad mood. None the less I thought it was time for a little update. Our agency called us last week and said they still don't have a court date but expect to receive one mid July. Therefore they asked us to get a visa in place for July 12 as they believe they'll get a court date somewhat close to then. They are expecting only about 10 days notice so I'm happy for the heads up.
In the meantime I've been collecting things to take to Dima on our next trip as well as gifts for the facillitators and orphanage workers. We're also gathering donations for his orphanage. Anyone wanting to contribute please comment or email me!
My Russian is coming along but i have realized I will not master this language by any means before I get him home. I've decided to start focusing on phrases that will be useful when Dima gets home. Wish me luck! Even a toddler vocabulary is rough!
With the usual chaos of the end of the school year and the recent girls trip I went on my mind was diverted. Now that summer has set in I'm going a little mad. I miss him. I have watched videos of him over and over and i'm ready for new material! Hopefully we'll get word soon!
